Liquid drop photography

My poor blog has been sorely neglected! I need to start reorganizing some of my topics, too, because they aren't in categories...

These artful drops of liquid are produced through an interesting combination of plentifully patterned backgrounds and a high speed camera. The camera shots have to be painstakingly timed by German photographer Markus Reugels, to capture the proper reflection through the drop.
